About me

With 20+ years of leadership and HR experience across the UK and Czech Republic, I know both sides of the table: running businesses and supporting the people who make them thrive.

I’ve led teams in healthcare, tourism, and HR services, and today I focus on what matters most — helping people and organizations grow without losing their human touch.

My work is built on the connection between HR expertise and authentic leadership. First-hand experience in leading people and organisations allows me to help others lead with clarity, trust, and respect — for both, people and results.

With more than 900 hours of coaching, mentoring and consulting practice I work with both, companies and individuals, through tailored development — from individual support to workshops on topics such as “How to Lead Difficult Conversations,” “Psychological Safety in Teams,” “Value-based Leadership,” and “Motivation in Times of Uncertainty.”

My approach is simple: no off-the-shelf solutions. Every solution is real, relevant, and human. I combine strategic HR thinking, neuroscience-backed coaching, and lived leadership experience to deliver real, relevant, and human outcomes.
