About me
I’m Edita Kirkby, an HR professional with a passion for building strong and trustworthy relationships.
I enjoy taking on new challenges and bringing fresh ideas and practical solutions that deliver real results. As a proactive and open communicator, I always strive to go beyond expectations and approach new projects with energy and purpose.
With over 20 years of leadership and top management experience across the UK and the Czech Republic, I bring a strategic yet human-first approach to HR.
My earlier roles at Four Seasons Health Care, RegioJet, ManpowerGroup, and Adecco shaped my expertise in strategic HR, team development, and creating trust-based, performance-driven cultures.
I combine deep HR knowledge with leadership and coaching expertise. I’m a certified Neuroscience coach and hold an MBA in HR Management — which is giving me powerful insights into human behaviour, motivation, and effective team dynamics.
I support both companies and individuals not only through consulting but also via coaching, mentoring, and custom-designed workshops — covering topics such as “How to Lead Difficult Conversations,” “Motivation in Times of Uncertainty,” and “Psychological Safety in Teams.”
My approach is always tailored – whether I’m advising an organisation or coaching a person in transition. I aim to provide sustainable, actionable HR support that strengthens teams, boosts employee engagement, and contributes to long-term success.
With over 600 hours of coaching and consulting practice, I offer targeted career coaching, HR advisory, and leadership support. Consulting brings me deep fulfillment — I value the opportunity to make a direct impact on people’s growth and on the strategic improvement of HR processes.
My approach combines strategic HR thinking, neuroscience-backed coaching, and lived leadership experience. I don’t do off-the-shelf. Every solution is real, relevant, and human.
There are often only subtle differences between consulting, coaching, mentoring, and advisory. I adapt to what you need most in the moment — whether you're seeking clarity, a plan, or a sparring partner.
